We ensure all items that are posted to our customers are of the highest standard, but if there is ever a need to return an item, we do accept returns. Items must not have been opened or used. The packaging of non-nail gel products must be undamaged. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded on any refunds or exchanges. COVID-19
At Beauty Fairys we are committed to maintaining a clean, disinfected and safe environment for everyone. Our team will wear masks and gloves throughout treatment and each workspace will be thoroughly disinfected between appointments. All tools will be completely sterilized in sealed and sanitized bags. Masks are optional for your own use in the salon. If you test positive within 48 hours of attending the salon, please notify us immediately at beautyfairysspa@gmail.com
Reservas
To ensure that Beauty Fairys can accommodate your preferred times and services, we recommend that you book in advance. The fastest way to book is online through our reservation system. Alternatively, you can call or Whatsapp at +1868 293-7525 or visit us at De verteuil street, Woodbrook to make your appointment. You can book future appointments by checking the reservation system for availability. Walk-ins are welcome, but please note that we cannot guarantee service.
Registrarse
Please arrive ten (10) minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure you have time to check in, select custom treatments, and choose your colors ahead of time. To ensure that all our customers have the best experience at Beauty Fairys.
Cancelaciones y llegadas tardĆas
Beauty Fairys has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all appointments. We are happy to reschedule or cancel your appointment if it has been given more than 24 hours notice and 100% of the deposit money received will be refunded. Cancelling a reservation within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time or a no-show will result in your appointment being forfeited and your deposit will not be refunded.

WEAR GLOVES - When you are washing, cleaning, gardening or handling highly pigmented foods like turmeric or beets to avoid staining NOURISH: Keep your cuticles and hands hydrated by massaging with cuticle oil and use a moisturizing hand cream daily (we recommend before bed). You can purchase BF cuticle oil DO NOT PICK - Do not tear or peel off the gel polish as this may damage your nails. TEAR AND USE: Avoid using your fingernails to open ring pulls and boxes, etc. REGULAR TREATMENTS - So we can help ensure your nails stay strong, healthy (and looking amazing), we recommend that you schedule regular maintenance appointments every 2-3 weeks.

At Beauty Fairys, our mission is to provide the highest quality experience and treatments. However, if you do have a problem, we operate a seven day repair policy for any gel polish treatment and a three day repair policy for any regular polish treatment. We will repair any damage we deem as a result of our application free of charge. After these deadlines, you will need to book a repair service at a cost Send a WhatsApp message +1868 293-7525 with a photo of the problem and we will contact you to make an appointment to complete the repair.
